What can I say?  I made contact with Katherine in November 2018.  Yesterday I pulled off a new PB and gained my long-term goal of a sub 2 hours.  Training with Katherine is brilliant, the mental / emotional support is second to none.  Her true belief in you is awesome.  Her knowledge is fantastic.  She has a passion for running and it is wonderful to have a trainer / mentor that you can share that passion with.  I will never forget her support yesterday.

I have run a very windy half marathon!  Especially pleased with the fact that I ran it almost 13 minutes quicker than the previous one.  Special thanks to Katherine for the tips and help to achieve this!  I've realised today that it's all in good preparation (training and nourishment) and your positive mental attitude :-)

Just wanted to thank Katherine Sargeant for her run technique training session a month ago.  Today I beat my Half Marathon PB by over 5 minutes and knocked over 6 minutes from my 10km split time!
